TrustedWeb offers digital subscription services for website security scanning, SEO analysis, uptime monitoring and AI-powered fixes. This refund policy applies to all purchases made through trustedweb.site.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- The guarantee applies to your first payment only (first month or first year).
- Renewal payments are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee.
- To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current billing month after the 14-day guarantee period.
- There are no cancellation fees.
3. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans receive a discount compared to monthly billing.
- You may cancel and request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of an annual subscription.
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions can be cancelled but are not refunded. You retain access until the end of the annual period.
4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. If you are unsatisfied after upgrading, you may downgrade and receive a credit for unused time on the higher plan.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle. No refund for the current period.
5. AI Actions & Usage
- AI actions (AI Fix, AI Chatbot) consumed during the billing period are non-refundable individually.
- Unused AI actions do not carry over to the next month.
- If you received a refund for your subscription, any AI-generated content (meta tags, policies, FAQ) remains yours to use.
6. Add-Ons
- One-time services (e.g., Malware Cleanup) are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
- Recurring add-ons (e.g., Extra Domains) follow the same cancellation policy as monthly subscriptions.
7. Free Plan
The free plan has no cost and therefore no refund applies. You can upgrade to a paid plan or delete your account at any time.
8. Account Deletion
If you request account deletion, all your data (scan results, reports, chatbots, badges) will be permanently removed within 30 days. Account deletion does not automatically trigger a refund — please request a refund separately if eligible.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with PayPal instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] before filing a dispute — we are committed to resolving issues quickly.
