You can still scan websites and view issues, but "Fix with AI" buttons will be disabled until your quota resets next month. You can also buy more AI actions as an add-on without upgrading your plan.

One website = one root domain. For example, example.com, www.example.com, shop.example.com, and m.example.com all count as the same website.

Subfolders like example.com/blog and example.com/shop also count as the same website (except on the Agency plan, which allows separate sub-projects).

Removing a website frees up your active slot so you can add a different one. However:

• The domain still counts toward your monthly scan limit
• All embed codes (chatbot, badges, widgets, cookie banner) are disabled immediately
• Settings are kept for 30 days (or archived indefinitely on Pro/Agency)
• There is a 24-hour cooldown before you can add a new domain

Domains are locked for 30 days after deletion to prevent abuse. If you need to transfer a domain to a colleague, contact support or verify domain ownership via DNS/file/meta tag.

Beyond badges, TrustedWeb offers widgets like "Verified Business", "Visitor Counter", "Secured Today", "SSL Active", and "Monitored Daily". These increase visitor confidence and conversions.

No. Each badge and widget is tied to a specific website (site_token). If the embed code is loaded on a different domain, it will not display.

Yes. Upgrade anytime from your Billing page. Downgrade requests can be sent to support. When downgrading, features exceeding your new plan will be disabled.

Add-ons let you increase specific limits without changing your plan. For example, add +5 websites or +100 AI actions. Add-ons stack automatically and can be cancelled anytime.

All monthly quotas (AI actions, scans, domain limits) reset on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC.

No. TrustedWeb only scans publicly accessible pages. The optional TrustedWeb Agent plugin (for deep scanning) sends file hashes to our server — never the actual files.

Domain verification proves you own the website you are scanning. It is required for advanced features like chatbot, trust widgets, and AI fixes. You can verify via DNS TXT record, file upload, or meta tag.
